It's unique location on Hana Bay makes it a desired rental property.

So, in 2007 the house was turned into a vacation rental. Guests from all over the world have come to enjoy all the peace and tranquility Hana and Tutu's House has to offer.

We hope to welcome you as well!

Tutu in Hawaiian means grandparent.

This property has been in our family since before property ownership was something recorded on paper.  Generations of our family have lived here thus the name. Tutu's House was originally built in the mid 1800's but has since been refurbished. We have tried to restore much of it's original plantation style charm. The Hana cultural center (museum)is located across the street and was founded by our family matriarch Muriel Hanchett.

About Us..

The sound of the ocean is very relaxing. Hana Bay is just footsteps away where you can beachcomb, swim, fish, kayak, and snorkel. The property is full of tropical fruit trees including, mango, bananas, lime, mountain apple, tangerine, coconut and sour sop.  Fragrant ginger, plumeria, and laua'e fern create a calming atmosphere.
